Started in 2022 and over the last 3 years we've grown having supported over 7300+ public service staff and 3rd sector organisations to become Trauma Informed. Our in-depth Trauma Informed Practice (TIP) programmes incorporate a range of evidence based tools , measures and principles from international experts, TIP is about understanding, compassion, dependability, cultural humility and responsiveness, safety, stability, collaboration, empowerment, resilience and recovery.
Our research-based training helps professionals understand Trauma Informed Practice. Providing adults with the tools they need to promote the social and emotional development of children and adolescents, regardless of where they begin. Our courses cover subjects such as brain development, disruptions in emotional regulation, attachment, ACES, and how to respond to dysregulation. Our training focuses on gaining embedding Trauma Informed Practice individually as well as organisationally.

Our motivation behind Bee Kind Training is based on years of experience in school settings and a desire to ensure all children have the opportunity to flourish no matter their start in life. This training will make you an expert in your field and allow you to help countless children.
After waiting four years to complete her Winston Churchill Fellowship as a 2020 Fellow, Jane finished her visits in America and Norway and published her paper on community-based trauma-informed practice interventions, as well as on trauma, attachments, and ACEs. Her Fellowship was recognised by Liverpool John Moores University.
International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners (IFIP) gave us a Global Inclusion Award at the Bett ExCel January 2025 this prestigious award recognises our inclusive practice across Merseyside to support Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
