Welcome to Bee Kind Training
We are a leading provider of research-based, in-depth training that helps professionals understand trauma-informed practice. Our training equips adults with the necessary tools to foster social and emotional growth in children, adolescents, and adults irrespective of their starting point. Our courses cover subjects such as brain development, disruptions in emotional regulation, attachment, ACES, and how to respond to dysregulation, taught by credible messengers. Our training focuses on embedding trauma-informed practices both individually and organisationally.
We don't do tick-box training!
Our packages are designed to change practice, filled with strategies and practical tools to start to embed straight away. Trauma-Informed Practice Training (TIPT) is an 8-hour in-depth course, but we offer many options to suit organisations.

Jane completes her Winston Churchill Fellowship
After waiting four years to complete her Winston Churchill Fellowship as a 2020 Fellow, Jane finished her visits in America and Norway and published her paper on community-based trauma-informed practice interventions, as well as on trauma, attachments, and ACEs. Her Fellowship was recognised by Liverpool John Moores University.
IFIP Global Inclusion Award
International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners (IFIP) gave us a Global Inclusion Award at the Bett ExCel January 2025 this prestigious award recognises our inclusive practice across Merseyside to support Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
